 Super Healthy Kids – Wednesday, March 29th, 9:30-12pm 

Food supplies us with more than just calories, but also with a layer of disease resistance and longevity benefits. Learn how to feed your kids (from breakfast to dinner!) to boost their immune system and shift how you understand health & wellness.

Sample menu: Chocolate/Cherry Breakfast Bowl, Banana Muffins, Strawberry/Dragonfruit Chia Pudding, Spinach and Broccoli Soup, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Miso Cod en Papilotte, Fish Tacos, Homemade “Nutella”

 

Feed Your Soul Cooking Class – Thursday, April 6th, 6:30-8pm

Whole30 Program – Friday, April 28th, 9:30-12pm

Learn how this nutritional program can change your life in 30 days. This is a short term nutritional reset, designed to end unhealthy habits and cravings, heal your digestive track and boost your metabolism.

Sample Menu: Clean Power Shake with Collagen, Poached eggs with spinach and sweet potato hash, Massaged Kale Salad, Buffalo Kale Tacos, Zucchini “Pasta” with Pesto Shrimp, Turkey Meatballs on Spaghetti Squash

 

Clean Family Meals – Friday, May 19th, 9:30-12pm

Supercharge your kids’ nutrition. If you are struggling with healthy & tasty recipes that your kids will like this class is for you. You will leave inspired with ideas and recipes.
