Magic Breakfast Berry Smoothie

Keeping the theme of smoothies alive, I wanted to share an awesome recipe with you.  Being a creature of habit, I’ve been having a version of this smoothie daily, usually for breakfast but sometimes as a snack after a workout. There are really endless possibilities, try adding a tablespoon of almond or peanut butter to make it extra delicious. It’s very tasty and it will keep you energized without creating blood sugar spikes. I hope you will try making it at home soon.
