One Month Kick Start. If you are interested to quickly learn about healthy nutritional changes or address specific food issues I’ll provide you with the information and encouragement you need in an abbreviated format. This includes 1.5 hours initial meeting where we go over your health history and goals. We then make a plan to make sure you achieve your objectives. The second session is a follow up to make sure we address any roadblocks to success. You will also receive a brief lesson to make a delicious protein shake that will become a staple in your diet.
Three-Month Kick Start. This program is perfect for those who know a little about good nutrition but have been unable to achieve lasting change on their own. I’ll provide the guidance and accountability; you provide the commitment.
Six-Month Life-Changer. This program is ideal for anyone dealing with food sensitivities, digestive issues or excess weight. In six months, you’ll learn everything you need to know to change your diet and your life.
